Leads enterprise budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, scenario analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment. Oversees finance business partners across regions and entities, develops senior finance staff, improves reporting and data quality, and presents financial insights and recommendations to executives and boards. Partners with Accounting, Finance Systems, and Shared Services to support capital allocation, liquidity, and operational decision-making.

Supports academy accounting operations by reviewing and entering revenue and expense transactions, managing payables or receivables, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, supporting monthly close and audits, monitoring cash balances, and maintaining compliance with accounting policies and GAAP. The role also provides staff support for accounting systems, responds to inquiries, and maintains accurate financial records.

Oversees middle and high school athletics administration, including coach evaluations, game scheduling and hosting, student-athlete registrations, facility rentals, league communications, social media, and early-release sports days. Coordinates officials, visiting schools, volunteers, staffing, and campus communications while serving as the academy’s primary contact for the middle school athletic league.

Manages academic and instructional matters for a school, including monitoring student performance, developing intervention plans, supporting curriculum alignment, coaching and evaluating teachers, analyzing test results, coordinating with special education staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating with families, students, faculty, and school leadership.

Administers, configures, and supports Workday Financial Management, including financial data, security, business processes, reporting, integrations, and workflow controls. Troubleshoots system and data issues, manages access reviews, gathers requirements, documents and tests solutions, and supports system releases. Partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, HR, and Shared Services to improve processes and maintain system integrity.

Provides frontline functional and technical support for People systems, including Workday, Brightspace, SharePoint, and related tools. Responsibilities include ticket triage and resolution, user access administration, security support, documentation, user education, testing, audits, reporting, data quality, and escalation of complex issues. The role is part-time, primarily remote with local Phoenix-area presence and occasional travel.

The Dean of Students oversees student conduct, discipline, attendance interventions, and school culture. The role supports students and families, coaches faculty on classroom management, investigates misconduct and bullying allegations, coordinates with special education and counseling teams, and supervises student activities and events. The Dean also maintains a safe school environment, assists with professional development, and teaches or substitutes when needed.

The Alumni Relations Coordinator develops and manages alumni engagement programs, outreach, events, volunteer opportunities, communications, and digital communities. The role maintains alumni records, tracks engagement metrics, collaborates across Development, Marketing, and academy teams, recruits alumni ambassadors, and supports future philanthropic engagement. It also coordinates networking events, reunions, newsletters, social media content, alumni success stories, and giving campaigns while establishing scalable network-wide practices.

Supports financial planning and decision-making for multiple campuses by maintaining financial models, forecasts, cash flows, budgets, financial reports, and grant allocations. Partners with leadership, accounting, and grant teams; monitors expansion costs, compliance, internal controls, audits, and state and federal reporting. The role is grant-funded through September 2030 and requires local travel to academies.

Supports the Head of School in academic, instructional, operational, and administrative leadership. Responsibilities include faculty recruitment and development, curriculum procurement, student assessment planning, enrollment and community engagement, scheduling, student discipline, safety procedures, event planning, and family communication. The Assistant Head of School leads the academy in the Head of School’s absence and helps establish a high-performing school culture.

Performs complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance investigation, financial modeling, and internal control review. Prepares financial statements, board reports, audit materials, and budget-to-actual analyses while supporting academy leaders and expansion projects. Develops policies, researches business issues, ensures budget compliance, and provides financial guidance to departments and school leadership.

Processes and validates enrollment data, manages inquiries and prospective-family records, conducts outbound calls, and guides families from application through enrollment. Builds relationships, explains school programs, coordinates school connections, tours, and events, tracks student persistence, supports data cleanup, and contributes to recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives. The role also participates in local outreach and informational events and collaborates with enrollment and marketing teams.

Partner with school leaders to manage workforce planning, succession, performance management, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR initiatives across multiple Louisiana campuses. Conduct investigations, support benefits/payroll questions, implement People programs, ensure legal and grant compliance, collect/report data, and regularly travel to assigned academies.

Lead and execute the Community Investment campaign, cultivate and steward donor and community relationships, manage gift entry and constituent data, support outreach and enrollment marketing, coordinate events and communications, report metrics, and collaborate with Headmasters and central development, marketing, and enrollment teams.
