Teams at Great Hearts Academies

Leads and oversees middle and high school athletic programs for grades 6–12. Responsibilities include supervising coaches, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing facilities and equipment, coordinating events and fundraising, and supporting student-athletes. The role also requires collaboration with school leadership, families, faculty, and community partners while promoting sportsmanship, character development, academic balance, and the school’s mission.

Manages cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through completion, including project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, meetings, reporting, and executive communications. Supports strategic planning, organizational research, policy analysis, board materials, and special projects. Leads coordination for Charter School Program grant commitments and new school launches, ensuring departments meet milestones, reporting, compliance, and accountability requirements across regions.

Leads lower-school operations, academic programs, faculty and staff management, budgeting, enrollment, student discipline, assessment, teacher development, and family engagement. Builds a unified school culture focused on classical education, student achievement, safety, inclusion, and community relationships. Oversees hiring, leadership development, special-needs accommodations, policies, projects, and events while collaborating with the Executive Director and home-office departments.
