Supports K–5 students with special education needs through academic assistance, behavior management, social skills development, transitions, personal care, mobility support, and classroom inclusion. Works collaboratively with certified special and general education teachers, assists with clerical tasks, attends training, and helps maintain a positive learning environment. Requires a high school diploma, special education experience, strong communication skills, and successful background and fingerprint clearance.

Leads all aspects of a classical public charter school, including faculty and staff recruitment, supervision, curriculum alignment, student enrollment, community engagement, facilities, budgeting, financial compliance, regulatory reporting, board relations, and professional development. The Headmaster establishes a safe, mission-driven academic environment and communicates the school’s goals to students, families, staff, and the broader community.

Leads academic systems, accountability, compliance, grading policy, and operational consistency across a network of Texas K–12 campuses. Oversees SIS and gradebook configuration, reporting, audit readiness, campus improvement plans, training, calibration, and continuous improvement. Partners with academic, data, assessment, operations, IT, PEIMS, and campus leaders to ensure academic expectations are implemented accurately and consistently. Requires Texas accountability expertise, education operations experience, and local travel to schools.
