Manage performance marketing for Gray Residential and Gray Capital, including Meta and Google Ads, ILS listings, HubSpot workflows and reporting, website analytics, SEO oversight, social distribution, and content calendars. Support investor-facing collateral, podcast and newsletter promotion, guest booking, and editorial strategy. Coordinate with property teams, video teams, freelancers, developers, and AI tools while monitoring campaign performance and maintaining brand quality.
