Lead Front Desk Specialist provides front desk hospitality, F&B service, and on-shift leadership. Duties include guest check-in/out, PMS and POS use, beverage preparation, member engagement, event support, and coordinating across operations to ensure service standards.

Lead daily front desk operations, recruit/train and coach staff, manage guest arrivals/departures and reservations, serve as Manager on Duty, monitor feedback and KPIs, coordinate with departments, maintain operational standards, SOPs, and budgets to ensure exceptional guest and member experiences.

Serve as the guest-facing representative handling check-ins/outs, reservations, guest communications, concierge tasks, billing, and light bell/valet duties. Support membership engagement, coordinate with internal teams for room readiness and events, maintain front desk operations and records, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and sustainability standards.

Support kitchen and front-of-house by checking dish quality, timing, and accuracy. Coordinate order flow, communicate special requests, maintain expo line cleanliness, and help keep service efficient during high-volume periods to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Responsible for independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and spa systems. Leads preventive maintenance, documents compliance, mentors Engineer I staff, coordinates vendors, supports emergency response, manages inventory, and helps with capital projects and cost control.

Lead front desk team to deliver exceptional guest and member experiences. Manage reservations, check-in/out, billing, and room assignments; coordinate events and community activations; train and coach staff; handle operational administration (forecasting, inventory, invoices, reporting); use PMS, OpenTable, Slack, and membership systems; partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and engagement while embodying brand values.

Serve as the frontline host for guests and members: manage check-ins/outs and reservations, resolve guest issues, coordinate with operations teams, promote membership benefits, support community events, and maintain front-desk operations and safety standards.
