Lead Front Desk Specialist provides front desk hospitality, F&B service, and on-shift leadership. Duties include guest check-in/out, PMS and POS use, beverage preparation, member engagement, event support, and coordinating across operations to ensure service standards.

Serve as the primary guest-facing representative: manage check-ins/check-outs and reservations via PMS, handle guest communication and billing, coordinate with operations teams, promote membership and community events, curate member experiences, maintain front desk operations and records, and support guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Supervise front desk operations to ensure excellent guest and member experiences: manage check-in/out, room assignments, billing, and escalations; lead, train, and schedule Front Desk Specialists; coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Membership, and Events; promote member benefits and uphold community standards.

Lead daily Front Office operations and the Haus Experience team to deliver exceptional guest, member, and owner experiences. Oversee arrivals/departures, service recovery, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, cross-department coordination, and property systems integrity while coaching and developing front office staff.

Lead daily front desk operations, recruit/train and coach staff, manage guest arrivals/departures and reservations, serve as Manager on Duty, monitor feedback and KPIs, coordinate with departments, maintain operational standards, SOPs, and budgets to ensure exceptional guest and member experiences.

Support kitchen and front-of-house by checking dish quality, timing, and accuracy. Coordinate order flow, communicate special requests, maintain expo line cleanliness, and help keep service efficient during high-volume periods to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Responsible for independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and spa systems. Leads preventive maintenance, documents compliance, mentors Engineer I staff, coordinates vendors, supports emergency response, manages inventory, and helps with capital projects and cost control.

Serve as the frontline host for guests and members: manage check-ins/outs and reservations, resolve guest issues, coordinate with operations teams, promote membership benefits, support community events, and maintain front-desk operations and safety standards.
