Provides overnight hotel guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, requests, valet support, and VIP experiences. Maintains property cleanliness, security, organization, inventory, event spaces, and readiness for morning operations. Performs basic cash handling, ledger reconciliation, documentation, checklists, and shift handoffs. Works independently, prioritizes operational needs, completes light upkeep and special projects, and communicates issues to hotel leadership.

Manage the pass between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely, accurate, and well-presented dishes. Verify order completeness and quality, coordinate timing with kitchen and servers, communicate special requests, maintain expo line cleanliness, anticipate bottlenecks, and support efficient, high-volume service to enhance guest experience.

Lead Front Desk Specialist provides front desk hospitality, F&B service, and on-shift leadership. Duties include guest check-in/out, PMS and POS use, beverage preparation, member engagement, event support, and coordinating across operations to ensure service standards.
