Teams at Gravity Haus

Coordinates kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure dishes are accurate, properly presented, timely, and ready for service. Checks food quality, communicates modifications and dietary requests, maintains the expo line, anticipates service bottlenecks, and supports smooth high-volume restaurant operations. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while standing and carrying trays safely.

Drive new membership acquisition through prospecting, tours, events, and CRM-managed sales pipelines. Manage an assigned member portfolio by overseeing renewals, reducing churn, increasing referrals, and identifying at-risk accounts. Design member engagement programming, build relationships, track sales and retention KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, events, partnerships, and property teams to strengthen the community.

Leads front desk and Haus Experience operations, including guest arrivals, departures, member relations, events, reservations, inventory, and service recovery. Recruits, trains, schedules, and coaches team members while maintaining service standards, budgets, systems, and operational efficiency. Serves as Manager on Duty, coordinates with hotel departments, supports membership retention and sales, manages VIP and group experiences, and drives continuous improvement across guest and member services.
