Provides practical, generalist legal support across an international media technology business. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, supporting corporate governance, IP, employment, legal administration, templates, workflows, and multi-jurisdictional matters. The role advises internal stakeholders, coordinates with external counsel, and manages legal issues across EMEA, the Americas, and LATAM.

Manage customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing for an assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include processing orders in ERP systems, coordinating changes with Sales, Finance, Project Management, and manufacturing, monitoring delivery timelines, resolving credit holds, responding to customer inquiries, and processing RMAs and credit notes. The role requires accurate documentation, cross-functional communication, deadline management, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Four-month full-time software development internship on Grass Valley’s GV Engine Scrum team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining C++ software interfaces, audio/video engines, microservices, automated tests, and Jenkins test integrations. The intern will support product stability, quality assurance collaboration, and internal and external users. Strong modern C++, object-oriented programming, Linux development, Docker, Agile Scrum, teamwork, and French-English fluency are required. Broadcast, television, codec, and streaming knowledge are advantageous.

Supports engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and purchasing teams with electronic, electromechanical, and electrical component selection for audio/video equipment. Maintains component databases, part numbers, approved vendor lists, and component libraries; evaluates supplier change notices, obsolescence, sourcing risks, alternatives, and end-of-life parts. Collaborates on design reviews, technology migration, failure analysis, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with regulatory, RoHS, and EMI requirements.

Support HR operations across EMEA and Japan, including employee relations, policy guidance, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, audits, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also manages external payroll and benefits vendors and requires fluent spoken and written Japanese.

The Presales Engineer designs complex broadcast solutions, collaborates with clients and teams, travels for demos, and creates documentation and proposals.

Provide 24/7 remote technical support and monitoring for Grass Valley SaaS and deployed equipment. Triage and resolve customer incidents, manage case queues, document troubleshooting, onboard AMPP and on-prem equipment, process ASR exchanges, create knowledge articles, escalate to SMEs, and participate in regression testing.
