Supports audiovisual and multimedia technology for simulation-based education. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, setting up and maintaining simulation systems, recording and editing video, creating web streams, managing content distribution and backups, maintaining equipment inventory, protecting recorded data, training faculty and staff, and supporting patient simulator operation. The role requires schedule flexibility for evening and occasional Saturday events, with some travel possible.

Provides administrative, operational, project management, website, and executive coordination support for the President’s Office. Responsibilities include budget updates in Workday, leadership team and Board of Trustees coordination, strategic initiative tracking, CMS website updates, event and office coverage, hospitality, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, multitasking, and collaboration across university divisions.

Serve as primary authorizer liaison for an assigned portfolio of charter schools, advising boards and leaders, monitoring academic and organizational data, ensuring contract compliance, coordinating board appointments and trainings, and collaborating with internal and external partners to strengthen school performance and board effectiveness.
