Serve as primary authorizer liaison for an assigned portfolio of charter schools, advising boards and leaders, monitoring academic and organizational data, ensuring contract compliance, coordinating board appointments and trainings, and collaborating with internal and external partners to strengthen school performance and board effectiveness.

Administer and support the LMS (Blackboard) and related web applications, troubleshoot systems, provide technical customer service to faculty/staff/students, analyze usage and performance, lead IT projects, manage identity/access services (SSO/MFA), and evaluate emerging educational technologies.

Manage and analyze K-12 education data, build reports and Power BI/Tableau dashboards, develop queries using internal and public datasets, support school performance reporting, improve data collection and reporting tools, collaborate with university and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate data management.
