Leads daily Human Resources operations, supervising staff and overseeing employee and labor relations, compliance, policies, HRIS, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, and operational projects. Partners with executive leadership, IT, Payroll, Finance, legal counsel, and college leaders to implement HR priorities, improve workflows, manage sensitive employee matters, administer labor agreements, and support organizational change and employee engagement.

GRCC maintains a pool of contingent workers for temporary, non-standard assignments across campus. Roles include short- and long-term projects, grant work, leave coverage, and cyclical needs. Assignments have defined hour and duration limits and benefits vary by weekly hours and assignment length.
