Lead K-12 support and community engagement to increase post-secondary access for Promise Zone students. Supervise and train staff, design and implement programs and events, coordinate with schools, GRCC departments, and community partners, track and analyze enrollment and FAFSA data, and oversee communications, onboarding, and transitions from high school to college.

Serve as HRIS/payroll functional liaison for PeopleSoft HCM. Analyze and document payroll and HR processes, gather technical requirements, configure and test HRIS modules, lead UAT for upgrades, develop queries/reports, resolve payroll data and integration issues, and support payroll cycles and compliance.

GRCC maintains a pool of contingent workers for temporary, non-standard assignments across campus. Roles include short- and long-term projects, grant work, leave coverage, and cyclical needs. Assignments have defined hour and duration limits and benefits vary by weekly hours and assignment length.
