Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services, ensuring guest satisfaction, directing staff, and managing department functions.

Supports accounting and financial operations for a full-service resort. Responsibilities include revenue analysis, financial reporting, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, cash management, journal entries, month-end close support, forecasting, budgeting, audit preparation, and resolving financial discrepancies. The role partners with the Property Controller and resort departments to maintain accurate financial information, strengthen internal controls, and provide operational insights.

Manage and execute group conferences, catering and events from booking through onsite execution. Coordinate event details (BEOs, AV, rooming lists), optimize function space and revenue, conduct site inspections, forecast sales, liaise with chefs and departments, ensure guest satisfaction, generate reports, sell private functions, and build client relationships to drive repeat business.

Provides administrative and clerical support to Engineering, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. Duties include payroll and checkbook assistance, filing, invoicing, inventory and supply ordering, coordinating guest requests, maintaining logs (Synergy), managing lost-and-found, scheduling, and supervising housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction and asset protection. Requires confidentiality, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to perform physical and office tasks.

Coordinate and execute group and catering sales activities to generate room and F&B revenue. Manage group blocks, reservations, contracts, event orders, client communications, site inspections, and reporting while supporting the Director of Sales and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and interdepartmental coordination.

The Engineer III role involves performing preventative maintenance, handling guest repair requests, conducting repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and mentoring other engineers while ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
