Safeguards resort guests, associates, visitors, and property through patrols, incident investigations, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, crisis management, and enforcement duties. The officer responds to assistance calls, documents safety issues, manages lost and found items, maintains security equipment, audits electronic keys, supports parking and fleet programs, and assists with safety initiatives. Requires flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with physical stamina and strong customer service skills.

Leads IT programs and complex projects by discovering and documenting business processes, shaping technology solutions, and coordinating execution across business, technical, and vendor teams. Defines scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; facilitates stakeholder workshops; manages change, tradeoffs, and accountability; and communicates effectively with executives and operational stakeholders.

Supports accounting and financial operations for a full-service resort. Responsibilities include revenue analysis, financial reporting, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, cash management, journal entries, month-end close support, forecasting, budgeting, audit preparation, and resolving financial discrepancies. The role partners with the Property Controller and resort departments to maintain accurate financial information, strengthen internal controls, and provide operational insights.
