Teams at Grand Pacific Resorts Inc

Maintains hotel buildings and equipment, follows safety standards, assists other craft workers, responds to fire alarms, supports OSHA and hotel safety programs, and participates in emergency evacuation activities. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Generates owner referrals and direct sales opportunities, responds to customer inquiries, maintains interaction records, presents Hilton Grand Vacations products and upgrade options, follows finance and ethical sales guidelines, reports performance updates, and supports growth of referral and direct sales programs.

Provides administrative and meeting coordination support to resort operations executives and timeshare HOA boards. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, board packets, document compliance, expense tracking, payment reconciliation, travel arrangements, spreadsheets, SOP editing, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, computer, and document-editing skills in a deadline-driven hospitality environment.
