Lead FP&A for Operations & Supply Chain, deliver forward-looking planning, forecasting, and decision support. Translate operational strategies into financial plans, drive capital and inventory decisions, establish metrics linking operations to financial outcomes, and lead a finance team to support cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity, cost, and working capital.

Lead development and execution of 5-year category marketing roadmaps, market research, go-to-market and demand-generation strategies. Manage product branding, global launches, messaging, competitive analysis, VOC-driven segmentation, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment with sales, channel and product teams. Mentor junior staff and support forecasting, events, and customer advocacy to drive category growth.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair guidance for Graco products across all product lines. Assist customers, distributors, and field personnel via phone, email, and other channels; document warranty claims; report product defects; contribute to training and knowledge content; follow ISO procedures; and collaborate with internal teams to resolve product and service issues.

Lead regional channel sales by developing and executing tactical plans, designing field marketing and promotion strategies, managing distributor relationships and agreements, monitoring monthly sales performance, and leading/mentoring a sales team. Collaborate with Marketing to identify product and program opportunities, set goals, drive team performance, and travel as required to meet customer and business needs.

Manage and grow assigned territory by building distribution channels, driving sales, and nurturing customer relationships. Use CRM to track interactions, conduct site visits, support product launches, train partners, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase product visibility and sales.

Manage forecasting, inventory, purchasing, and production scheduling for assigned products in a manufacturing environment. Maintain GAINS and Oracle planning systems, optimize inventory and ordering methods, coordinate cross-functionally, report on inventory/service levels, and communicate supply issues to meet customer service and inventory objectives.

Manage distributor relationships and territory sales for Gema powder coating products. Develop pricing strategies, sales targets, quotations, and reports. Sell retrofit automatic guns and support booth system sales. Support regional manager, attend national and local sales events, and travel frequently for territory development and distributor support.

Consult with leaders and HR to improve organizational performance through performance management, talent planning, succession, leadership development, employee listening, organizational design, and change management. Lead enterprise programs, analyze workforce data, manage external partners, and provide consulting to align people strategies with business objectives.

Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees across employee relations, performance, talent management, organizational development and workforce planning. Serve as primary HR contact for assigned groups, coach leaders, lead cyclical HR processes, support M&A integration, manage factory recruitment and onboarding, investigate and resolve employee issues, and use HRIS and analytics to drive people and business performance.

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies, lead full-cycle sourcing (RFIs/RFPs), negotiate commercial contracts, manage supplier performance and contracts, drive cost optimization and risk mitigation, and partner cross-functionally to align sourcing decisions.

Forecast, plan and schedule purchased and manufactured parts to meet customer service and inventory targets. Maintain GAINS forecasts and drive Oracle planning, schedule shop-floor production, manage inventory and supplier flow, communicate shortages and priorities across teams, and report on inventory and service levels.
