Develop and execute regional sales plans and field marketing initiatives; identify product, promotion, and program opportunities; manage distributor relationships and agreements; monitor sales performance and competitive developments; lead, mentor, and grow a sales team; manage annual marketing budget; travel as required and maintain customer engagement.

Lead strategic account growth by developing sales channels, managing distribution partnerships, conducting market analysis, and delivering exceptional customer engagement. Drive territory sales plans, support product launches, train partners, perform site visits, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product positioning and market reach.

Lead treasury operations including daily cash management, short-term forecasting, foreign exchange/hedging, and treasury system oversight. Support financial reporting, SOX compliance, audits, insurance and risk management, stock administration, retirement plans, and mentor junior staff. Drive process improvements and partner with IT and banking partners on treasury technology and capital expenditure planning.
