Accounting Intern supporting the Credit and Shared Services team through department metric analysis, ERP conversion and data integrity projects, cash automation implementation, customer debit assistance, and deduction and repayment alignment. The role provides exposure to shared services accounting and finance while requiring collaboration, organization, analytical problem-solving, communication, and customer contact by phone or email.

Designs, administers, and improves global compensation programs, including pay structures, job evaluations, market analysis, merit cycles, bonuses, incentives, recognition, severance, and pay equity compliance. Partners with HR leaders on compensation strategy, supports benefits projects and acquisitions, analyzes program effectiveness, and recommends improvements. Requires strong compensation expertise, advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and cross-functional communication.

Leads HR due diligence, planning, and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation initiatives. Coordinates HR workstreams, Day-1 readiness, change management, communications, synergies, governance, and operational transitions. Owns the HR M&A playbook and serves as project management lead for strategic cross-functional HR initiatives, establishing standards, tracking risks, and ensuring timely delivery across HR disciplines.
