Leads product-family engineering for fluid-handling equipment, managing development and cost-reduction projects, performing product design, defining specifications, analyzing quality trends, and implementing corrective actions. Supervises technical staff, collaborates with manufacturing and marketing, supports long-term product strategy, and drives innovation through customer and field expertise, testing, and experimentation.

Creates and maintains technical documentation for industrial equipment, including manuals, operating instructions, maintenance materials, and repair procedures. Collaborates with engineering, safety, marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, clear, timely, and user-focused content. Responsibilities include reviewing published materials, managing translations, editing technical content, addressing safety hazards, and supporting documentation projects. Requires strong writing, organization, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.

Administers and supports enterprise marketing technology platforms, including eCommerce, AEM, PIM, DAM, CDN, email, and analytics systems. Troubleshoots integrations, access, workflows, configurations, security, publishing, and performance issues; coordinates releases, testing, deployments, and vendor resolution. Supports digital content, product information, catalogs, assets, email, SEO, accessibility, and customer experiences. Drives platform reliability, usability, governance, documentation, training, and continuous improvement while partnering with Marketing, IT, Product Management, and vendors.
