Own and scale GovSignals’ security and compliance program (FedRAMP High, IL5, CMMC, SOC 2). Automate evidence collection, run audit readiness, coordinate 3PAO and testing, embed controls in CI/CD, partner with engineering and sales, and represent the company to customers and auditors to unblock deals.

Own post‑sale client lifecycle: onboard and activate enterprise customers, run discovery, build tailored deployment plans, deliver training and enablement, drive expansion and renewals, and create scalable deployment playbooks and processes.

Founding GTM Lead will build an AI-powered go-to-market engine, wiring LLM-driven personalization and automation across tools, run rapid growth experiments, craft technical-to-customer narratives, design end-to-end campaigns, own CAC/LTV and funnel metrics, and partner with product and sales to scale GTM operations.

Build and lead full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing AI company: source, screen, and close candidates across functions; design interview processes, scorecards, and Ashby ATS workflows; advise leadership on talent strategy, hiring sequencing, and compensation; track recruiting metrics; scale and document hiring systems while recruiting directly.

Design, build, and operate the platform underlying GovSignals' AI product: serverless and Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment tooling, data platform (Postgres, S3/R2), edge (Cloudflare), and observability to enable secure, scalable, auditable developer workflows.

Drive new enterprise SaaS business end-to-end: build pipeline, lead discovery and demos, craft ROI-driven business cases, negotiate six- and seven-figure contracts, shorten sales cycles, collaborate with Product and Client Success, represent the company at events, and maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting.
