Government of Nunavut

The Government of Nunavut is the territorial government responsible for administering Nunavut and delivering public programs and services across the region. Its departments cover community services, culture and heritage, education, environment, family services, finance, health, justice, transportation and infrastructure, among other functions. The government also supports economic development, emergency management, public safety, social supports and opportunities for Nunavummiut throughout the territory.
