Supports lending operations through data request management, routine data refreshes, dashboard maintenance, ad-hoc analysis, and operational report development. The role partners with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and provide insights for business decisions. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internships may apply. Foundational Excel skills, communication, curiosity, and attention to detail are required.

Analyze workforce metrics, identify trends and root causes, maintain headcount dashboards, and translate people data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders. The role requires SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills, data storytelling, HR metrics expertise, data governance, and careful handling of confidential employee information within an HRIS team.

Lead GoTo’s public affairs, external positioning, media and narrative strategy across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Manage parliamentary and regulatory engagement, legislative advocacy, industry relationships, crisis communications, executive preparation, and monitoring of political and public sentiment. Partner with Legal, Corporate Communications, and executive leadership to align policy positions and public messaging while protecting the company’s reputation.
