Perform economic analyses and cost-benefit studies on digital industry regulations; assess financial and operational impacts; design and execute internal research on socio-economic contributions; leverage large datasets to build evidence-based policy briefs, whitepapers, and presentations; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support advocacy.

Design, prototype, and deploy personalization, recommendation, and search models using large-scale behavioral and transactional data. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, run A/B tests and offline/online evaluations, integrate LLM/LLVM-based models, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and monitor/iterate models to improve discovery and user engagement.

Partner with sales leaders to design and deliver onboarding, product and sales competency learning. Create content for LMS, virtual and offline workshops; run learning programs, logistics, reporting and analysis; support underperforming sellers; embed competencies into recruitment, performance review and career progression while liaising across People, Sales HQ and regional teams.
