Develop and implement communications strategies for educational ballot proposal campaigns across Michigan. Create web, social media, op-eds, press releases, fact sheets, mailings, and other campaign materials. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, media outlets, and stakeholders; support campaign planning; manage project components; and help increase media coverage. The role requires strong persuasive writing, knowledge of political and media landscapes, relationship-building skills, and occasional travel throughout Michigan.

Manages internal and external knowledge products, including the intranet, digital asset management tool, and client data platform. Responsibilities include curating content, improving information flow, coordinating product updates, partnering with vendors and Innovation teams, supporting users and onboarding, gathering feedback, and collaborating with Marketing on product positioning. The role requires advanced knowledge management, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Coordinates conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and business development support. Manages event logistics, calendars, budgets, deadlines, outreach, CRM updates, photography and video capture, and digital asset organization. Develops email and campaign content, coordinates marketing projects, and maintains consistent brand presentation across events and materials. Requires intermediate marketing coordination experience, strong organization, regional travel availability, and comfort with creative tools and asset management systems.
