Senior Industrial Hygiene Manager provides hands-on IH technical leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, conducting exposure assessments, sampling, program development, regulatory liaison, training, and continuous improvement while building trusted relationships with plant leadership.

Lead HR generalist supporting employee and labor relations, staffing, onboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, benefits/payroll support, training, compliance with labor laws and union contracts, HR reporting, and workers' compensation/return-to-work coordination to improve engagement, retention, and plant performance.

The Assistant Plant Manager leads operational performance, maintenance, compliance, and training initiatives at the Tampa facility while managing key KPIs and supporting strategic projects. Collect, prepare, and analyze smelting, slag, product, and wastewater samples to monitor production quality and environmental compliance. Calibrate and troubleshoot lab instruments (ICP-OES, SS-OES, probes), perform TCLP and gravimetric analyses, advise shift supervisors, train staff, maintain lab cleanliness, and support safety and inventory management on a rotating night schedule.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver multiple capital projects in a manufacturing environment using Stage Gate. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, contractors, commissioning, safety/environmental compliance, training, and manufacturing handoff while controlling costs and maintaining project communication.
