Supports employee and union relations, labor contract administration, recruitment, performance management, investigations, compliance, training, compensation and benefits, HRIS administration, reporting, and workplace safety initiatives in a unionized manufacturing facility. Partners with managers, employees, and union representatives to resolve workplace issues, support negotiations, improve engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Designs, develops, and supports SQL Server databases, SSIS ETL processes, Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytics platforms. Responsibilities include database administration, performance tuning, data integration, dimensional modeling, data governance, security, reporting standards, and business requirements gathering. The role also supports ERP integrations, data quality initiatives, enterprise analytics, and application enhancement projects while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Assistant Plant Manager leads operational performance, maintenance, compliance, and training initiatives at the Tampa facility while managing key KPIs and supporting strategic projects. This role involves leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
