Lead a team of direct support professionals to deliver supported living skills training, create weekly staff schedules, manage a personal caseload (20–25 clients), develop and monitor treatment plans and safety plans, oversee program budget and resources, maintain relationships with referral sources and funders, and provide participant transportation as needed to promote independence and community integration.

Manage assigned caseloads providing or arranging job coaching, develop individual service plans and progress reports, maintain employer and funder relationships, track billable hours and client funding, arrange accommodations and community supports, and assist with participant transportation.
