Design branded print, digital, social, and retail signage materials for nonprofit campaigns, events, promotions, mission storytelling, and community outreach. Support photo and video projects, maintain brand consistency, and translate complex ideas into clear visual communications. The role requires collaboration across marketing and communications initiatives and occasional evening or weekend work.

Provides job coaching and employment support to individuals with barriers to independence. Manages participant caseloads, develops service plans, maintains case records, coordinates accommodations and wraparound services, builds employer and funder relationships, completes required reports and data entry, monitors expenses, and assists with transportation between job sites.

Provides career counseling and employment support to program participants, including skills assessments, goal setting, digital literacy, job searches, resume writing, interviewing, referrals, and follow-up. Coordinates training, credentialing, hiring events, business partnerships, and career center activities. Leads, trains, schedules, and supervises part-time advisors and volunteers while maintaining service documentation and participant enrollment records.

Provides coaching, case management, intakes, assessments, documentation, career planning, and employment services for program participants. Maintains an assigned caseload, identifies training and skill needs, administers interest and skills assessments, and connects participants with job shadows, internships, and other services to support career goals and employment. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, related work experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and background screenings.

Provide community-based support to individuals with barriers to independence by building relationships, identifying service needs and resources, monitoring treatment plans, documenting case notes, assisting with service plans and progress reports, managing billable hours/expenses, and transporting participants using a safe reliable vehicle.
