Develops best-practice resources, manages training content and seller records, supports agency growth, follows up on policy and shipping issues, and collaborates with Marketing on brand awareness. The role also assists with events, webinars, reporting, and continuous program improvement. It is fully remote but requires travel of up to 40% and proximity to a major commercial airport.

Provides technical support for Goodwill sellers using Generate Sales and ShopGoodwill.com. Coordinates software installation, hardware configuration, onboarding, and support tickets; troubleshoots desktop, browser, mobile-device, and warehouse-hardware issues. Documents and reproduces software defects, communicates bugs to development, supports testing and maintenance, and works with stakeholders on system setup and issue resolution. The role also involves training, confidentiality, safe driving, and safeguarding company property.

Coordinates quality assurance and compliance for Supported Employment services. Conducts audits and inspections, maintains participant records and tracking systems, prepares reports, reviews payroll and documentation, supports billing, and assists with audits from CARF, DOR, RCOC, and other funding sources. Provides guidance to staff and participants, addresses program concerns, supports crisis intervention, and drives on company business as required.

Coordinates supported employment services for adults with disabilities, including job coaching coverage, mobility training, assessments, documentation, staff training, crisis intervention, employment activities, authorizations, billing compliance, and communication with families, employers, care providers, and funding agencies. Maintains consumer records, supports job placements, monitors compliance, coordinates meetings, and drives on company business as needed.

Leads daily dock and transportation-yard operations, coordinating truck loading and unloading, staging, sorting, inventory, and personnel assignments. Operates forklifts and yard tractors, monitors productivity and safety, maintains orderly work areas, and supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates employees. Ensures donated goods and merchandise are handled securely and efficiently.

Leads asset protection, safety, security, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention programs across multiple locations. Advises management and employees, trains teams, investigates incidents, implements policies, and promotes safe environments for guests, employees, and company property. Requires strong communication, writing, legal and security knowledge, independent judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to respond to asset protection and safety matters around the clock.

Provides career counseling and workforce development support to Goodwill employees. Manages participant caseloads, creates career plans, coordinates training and community resources, assists with applications and resumes, conducts job-readiness training and mock interviews, develops employer leads, supports job placement, maintains records and statistics, and conducts outreach and presentations.

Works on-site at donation centers to open/secure trailers, greet donors, accept and process donations per guidelines, assist unloading, maintain trailer/site cleanliness and OSHA compliance, report counts/percentages via mobile apps and Bluetooth locks, and communicate with supervisors. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating schedules, and occasional overtime.

Provide supervision, training, and support to adults with disabilities in workplace settings. Coordinate with employers and agencies, maintain documentation and confidentiality, transport participants safely, and report to program management.
