Supports ShopGoodwill.com sellers through training, documentation, site visits, onboarding, operational guidance, and performance analysis. Develops best-practice resources, manages training content and seller records, supports agency growth, follows up on policy and shipping issues, and collaborates with Marketing on brand awareness. The role also assists with events, webinars, reporting, and continuous program improvement. It is fully remote but requires travel of up to 40% and proximity to a major commercial airport.
