Oversee data collection, trend analysis, and outcomes reporting. Advise senior leadership on metrics, build dashboards and Power BI reports, and prepare board reporting. Design and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, develop and optimize SQL and Python analyses, monitor data quality, and collaborate across departments.

Works on-site at donation centers to open/secure trailers, greet donors, accept and process donations per guidelines, assist unloading, maintain trailer/site cleanliness and OSHA compliance, report counts/percentages via mobile apps and Bluetooth locks, and communicate with supervisors. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating schedules, and occasional overtime.

Provide supervision, training, and support to adults with disabilities in workplace settings. Coordinate with employers and agencies, maintain documentation and confidentiality, transport participants safely, and report to program management.
