Provide direct care to elderly residents per care plans: assisting with ADLs (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility), monitoring vitals and intake/output, documenting care in computerized kiosks, maintaining infection control and resident dignity, participating in shift reports and care plan conferences, and performing emergency procedures as needed.

Provide direct resident care in assisted living: assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders/administration under nurse direction, infection control, CPR/emergency response, documentation, meal service, housekeeping, specimen collection, report condition changes to supervisor, and maintain resident safety and dignity.

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting: review resident status, administer medications, treatments, IVs and tube feedings, chart care, supervise GNAs, communicate with physicians and families, manage controlled substances, perform assessments, maintain safety and infection-control practices.

Provide direct nursing care as the LPN Charge Nurse: review resident status, administer medications and treatments, prepare orders/reorders, coordinate with staff and families, document care, manage oxygen/tube feedings/IVs, inventory controlled drugs, and ensure infection-control and safety practices in a long-term care setting.
