Washes and sanitizes dishes, stores clean tableware, delivers snacks and dishes to resident dining areas, cleans the salad bar, sweeps floors, and performs other assigned dietary department duties. The role requires maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following sanitation procedures, supporting resident meal service, and safely working around hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, sharp tools, and slippery floors.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents by preparing, administering, and documenting medications; interact with residents and families; maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and teamwork; lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push wheelchairs as needed.

Provide direct nursing care as the LPN Charge Nurse: review resident status, administer medications and treatments, prepare orders/reorders, coordinate with staff and families, document care, manage oxygen/tube feedings/IVs, inventory controlled drugs, and ensure infection-control and safety practices in a long-term care setting.
