Lead and oversee Goodwill's financial empowerment programs, supervising program staff, managing KPIs and budgets, developing community and funder partnerships, overseeing VITA tax services and compliance, directing outreach and training, tracking program data, and supporting grant activities to grow services and improve client financial stability.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, change management, and HR strategy to support organizational goals.

Hands-on accounting role owning day-to-day general ledger activities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, audit support, and process improvements to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliations; prepare and post payroll-related journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts; support month-end/year-end close and audits; analyze payroll and benefit variances; maintain documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Provide one-on-one career counseling, develop individualized career plans, assist with resumes, job search, and interview prep, refer clients to supports, track placement/outcome data, run workshops, and support employer engagement and job fairs.
