Manage day-to-day operations of the Work Ready Oklahoma site, supervise and train staff, coordinate workshops and curriculum delivery, maintain program databases and HIPAA compliance, build community and employer partnerships, oversee reporting and participant outcomes, and support recruitment and events.

Provide one-on-one career counseling, develop individualized career plans, assist with resumes, interviews, job searches and referrals, track graduate outcomes, maintain employer relationships, run workshops, use case-management software, and support career center operations and events.
