Develops and improves manufacturing processes for garment production to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Conducts time studies, establishes standard allowed minutes, evaluates production capacity, equipment, labor requirements, layouts, and workflows, and supports product costing. Collaborates with management, production, and quality teams to implement engineering improvements in a sewing-factory environment.

Supports the Marketing Division by creating social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Shoots and edits short-form videos and photos, writes captions, creates simple graphics, researches trends, develops story ideas, highlights organizational programs and community impact, and supports campaigns and the social content calendar. Requires travel to Broward locations to capture content.

Supports full-cycle recruiting across multiple organizational divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, requisition management, and candidate disposition. Maintains accurate ATS records, partners with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies, assists applicants, responds to inquiries, and represents the organization at job fairs. Ensures compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, candidate notification procedures, and background-check requirements.

Coordinates contract logistics and outbound production fulfillment, including CLIN assignment, delivery order alignment, transportation, subcontractor processing, shipment tracking, and customer depot delivery. Maintains shipping records, proof of delivery, contract documentation, and status reports while communicating with contract management, production, planning, quality control, carriers, and subcontractors. Identifies delivery risks, resolves discrepancies, monitors subcontractor performance, and supports corrective actions and contractual compliance.
