Leads e-commerce processing operations, including item acceptance, photography quality, listing quality, lister training, customer service ticket oversight, employee productivity metrics, and corrective actions. Supervises listers, photographers, and processors to achieve daily output targets. Requires basic computer skills, physical handling of merchandise, dependable attendance, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to lift and move materials.

Processes e-commerce merchandise by preparing, photographing, listing, inspecting, routing, and fulfilling items. Works across photography, processing, and shipping stations; meets operational KPIs, maintains accuracy in labels and online listings, routes specialty items for testing, and supports a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role requires teamwork, independence, attention to detail, customer service, dependable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in confined, non-air-conditioned areas.

Provide on-the-job training and supervised work experience across retail, supply chain, customer service, clerical, maintenance, or hospitality. Follow workplace policies, attend trainings, communicate with job coach/site supervisor, complete assigned tasks and projects, and build workplace skills and readiness toward future employment or education.
