Teams at Goodwill Industries of South Florida

Supervises multiple Goodwill retail stores, supporting sales, profitability, staffing, customer service, merchandising, policy compliance, budgeting, and store operations. Trains and evaluates store managers, participates in hiring and personnel decisions, analyzes sales and expenses, addresses customer complaints, and ensures safety, security, and ethical standards across locations.

Supports full-cycle recruiting across multiple organizational divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, requisition management, and candidate disposition. Maintains accurate ATS records, partners with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies, assists applicants, responds to inquiries, and represents the organization at job fairs. Ensures compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, candidate notification procedures, and background-check requirements.

Assists job seekers with employment planning, assessments, resumes, applications, interview preparation, job placement, and employment retention. Provides counseling, coaching, workshops, case management, documentation support, employer advocacy, and follow-up services. Networks with employers and supports career fairs while maintaining accurate confidential participant records and reports. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer, and interpersonal skills, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
