Develops and delivers employee training programs through digital, in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Conducts needs assessments, creates and updates learning materials, collaborates with subject matter experts, manages training logistics, supports the company LMS, and tracks training metrics. The role also contributes to curriculum planning and applies instructional design, facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.
