Provides ticketing and customer service support to theater patrons through in-person and remote channels. Processes single-ticket, subscription, and exchange transactions; assists with accessibility and seating requests; maintains patron accounts; and supports ticketing department operations. Requires evening and weekend availability across two Chicago theater locations, with approximately 24 hours per week preferred.

Provides front-of-house patron service at Goodman Theatre, including greeting guests, assisting at performances and events, preparing and serving beverages and food, selling merchandise, managing coat check, maintaining service areas, and replenishing stock. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability, strong customer-service and communication skills, reliability, ability to work independently or in teams, and capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

Support a three-person HR team with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, scheduling/training coordination, employee communications, claims processing, invoice reconciliation, and general HR administrative duties. Act as initial HR contact and document HR processes; serve as HR Generalist backup when needed.

Lead planning, implementation and growth of adult-focused community arts programs (GeNarrations, ACTivation); develop curricula and resources; recruit, onboard and manage Teaching Artists; manage program administration, budgets, logistics, data collection and evaluation; serve as primary contact for participants and partners; promote programs and support department-wide engagement and special projects.

Provide friendly, professional front-of-house customer service at Goodman Theatre including greeting guests, bartending, selling merchandise, coat check, food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and stock, and supporting events to ensure a superior patron experience.

Support finance operations including weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, accounts payable, account reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, banking tasks, Illinois Live Theatre Tax Credit filing, audit and year-end preparation, and preparation/distribution of 1099s and W-2s.

Lead corporate fundraising and sponsorships, managing 50–75 corporate partners to raise $850K–$1M annually. Develop pitches, steward donors, liaise with trustees and Goodman Business Council, run annual corporate giving campaign, track activity in Tessitura, and collaborate across departments on events and partnership opportunities.
