Lead planning, implementation and growth of adult-focused community arts programs (GeNarrations, ACTivation); develop curricula and resources; recruit, onboard and manage Teaching Artists; manage program administration, budgets, logistics, data collection and evaluation; serve as primary contact for participants and partners; promote programs and support department-wide engagement and special projects.

Support a three-person HR team with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, scheduling/training coordination, employee communications, claims processing, invoice reconciliation, and general HR administrative duties. Act as initial HR contact and document HR processes; serve as HR Generalist backup when needed.

Seasonal, full-time stage management apprentice supporting pre-production, rehearsals, and technical rehearsals. Prepare and update paperwork, maintain rehearsal spaces, assist actors with line notes, and perform additional departmental duties while learning industry practices.

Supervise Front of House operations during performances and events, manage on-shift bartenders, gift store and coat check staff, ensure patron and staff safety, oversee cash banks and inventory, support FOH administration, and provide high-quality customer service at Goodman Theatre.

Support the Casting Director in casting productions, manage audition logistics and casting files, assist in running auditions, supervise Casting Assistant/Intern, cultivate relationships with Actors' Equity and the non-equity community, attend local showcases, and contribute to casting lists and creative discussions.

Provide friendly, professional front-of-house customer service at Goodman Theatre including greeting guests, bartending, selling merchandise, coat check, food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and stock, and supporting events to ensure a superior patron experience.

Manage and grow the Goodman Premiere Society donor circle, stewarding individual donors giving $3,000–$29,000 and securing $500K–$700K per season. Plan and execute solicitation strategies, create fundraising materials, oversee donor benefits and VIP experiences, and collaborate on events, sponsorships, and major donor trips. Maintain prospect portfolio and optimize use of Tessitura donor database to meet annual fundraising goals.

Lead corporate fundraising and sponsorships, managing 50–75 corporate partners to raise $850K–$1M annually. Develop pitches, steward donors, liaise with trustees and Goodman Business Council, run annual corporate giving campaign, track activity in Tessitura, and collaborate across departments on events and partnership opportunities.
