An eight-week software engineering internship involving real-world feature development using PHP, Python, C# and/or TypeScript. Interns will strengthen programming skills, contribute to products used by tenants and estate agents, experience engineering processes in a growing business, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

Leads a hands-on People Operations team, owning onboarding, compliance, offboarding, systems, data, reporting, headcount, reward, and benefits processes. Improves operational efficiency through AI and automation, maintains accurate people data, supports pay reviews and benchmarking, and manages a People Operations Specialist. Partners with People, Talent, Finance, and other teams to solve problems and continuously improve processes.

Own and build Goodlord’s partner marketing strategy, including partner prioritization, joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, launches, content, events, webinars, and enablement materials. Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and external marketing teams to drive commercial growth.

Drive partner conversion improvement through data enrichment, lead management, product suitability, and tenant communications. Own partner performance data, dashboards, forecasting models, trend analysis, and performance meetings. Develop propositions for underserved tenant groups, manage smaller commercial partnerships, identify new opportunities, gather customer insights, and troubleshoot tenant or partner issues while collaborating with Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will optimize Salesforce and key business systems, partner with stakeholders to improve processes, and drive automation using AI capabilities for better operational efficiency.

Manage and grow usage of Rent Protection Insurance with existing customers through B2B upsell and cross-sell. Train and develop agents, work with insurance and account teams to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, follow regulated FCA processes, and support customer satisfaction.

Lead and grow a team of Product Marketing Managers to own positioning, launches, enablement and GTM execution for a regulated, multi-product B2B platform. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap decisions using market and competitive insight, drive platform-level launches tied to commercial outcomes, and embed scalable launch and enablement processes.
