Handle inbound customer orders and walk-in customers, process and verify orders, coordinate with Outside Sales Reps, build customer relationships, suggest appropriate products, and maintain product knowledge to ensure timely, accurate service.

Provide customer service and process product orders from incoming calls and walk-ins. Coordinate orders with Outside Sales Representatives, verify delivery methods, identify customer needs, and recommend products. Maintain accurate order entry and expand product knowledge to support customers effectively.

Receive, verify, stock, pick, pack, and load customer orders; operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks; maintain inventory accuracy, safe handling, and a clean warehouse environment.

Manage and audit weekly/biweekly payroll, administer employee benefits and open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), ensure compliance with federal and Minnesota employment laws, serve as payroll and benefits subject-matter resource, coordinate with leave administrators and carriers, recommend process improvements, and support onboarding and employee communications.
