Warehouse Associates receive, verify, stock, pick, pack, label, track, and ship products. They maintain accurate inventory, move merchandise safely using forklifts or other powered industrial trucks, load delivery trucks, and keep the warehouse organized, clean, secure, and compliant with safety regulations. The role requires physical activity, including occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and extended periods on foot.

Warehouse Associates receive, verify, stock, organize, and track incoming and outgoing merchandise. They accurately pull and prepare customer orders, safely package and label shipments, transport products to shipping areas, load delivery trucks, and operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts. The role also requires maintaining a clean, secure, and safe warehouse while following company, state, and federal safety regulations.

Processes customer product orders accurately and promptly, provides phone and walk-in customer service, coordinates orders with outside sales representatives, verifies delivery methods, builds customer relationships, and recommends products based on customer needs. Requires plumbing or heating knowledge, communication and problem-solving skills, business math proficiency, understanding of profit margins, and willingness to learn product information.
