Plan, create, and deliver full-funnel campaign content (social, blog, landing pages, email, assets). Own French-market localisation, brief creative teams, uphold quality and process, and contribute creative ideas for monthly and reactive campaigns.

Support recruitment and HR operations: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, update career page and internal communications, assist with contracts and employee data, pull HR reports, and respond to basic HR inquiries to improve candidate and employee experience.

Concept, shoot and edit campaign, product and channel video across social and web. Plan and run shoots, perform lighting, camera and audio work, and deliver polished edits. Produce high-volume platform-native short-form, product explainers and walkthroughs, manage briefs to delivery, use AI tools to scale, and coordinate external production partners.

Lead the technical health, architecture, and delivery of the Salesforce platform. Own Apex, LWC, Flow, data model, security and integrations, set coding standards and DevOps practices, run design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and champion new Salesforce and AI capabilities across the enterprise.

The Account Executive's role involves inspiring clients about GoodHabitz's learning solutions, value-based selling, strategic consultation, engaging in presentations, and achieving sales targets through innovative strategies and strong relationship building.

Design assessments, quick scans, and progression frameworks; contribute to educational design; analyze test data in Python (item analysis, reliability, pattern recognition); prototype, test with users, iterate, and scale measurement systems across subjects and languages. Part-time (32 hrs/week) role requiring psychometric fundamentals, systems thinking, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
