Design and improve user experiences across web, mobile, and internal platforms. Collaborate with researchers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain design standards; conduct design reviews; support UX experiments; and champion accessibility, usability, and user-centered design practices.

Own the end-to-end Webflow website build, maintenance, structure, and performance. Develop custom JavaScript and CSS interactions, animations, and functionality; translate marketing briefs and Figma designs into accessible, multilingual pages; monitor technical SEO, speed, and crawlability; maintain clean components and class naming; use AI and automation tools for development and QA; and proactively address bugs and technical debt.

Define and execute website and digital platform strategy to drive conversions, retention, and learner engagement. Scope pages, own information architecture, co-lead SEO, run analytics and CRO, and implement AI/automation to streamline content and workflows. Prioritise roadmap, collaborate with developers, designers, and communications, and report on business outcomes.

Plan, create, and deliver full-funnel campaign content (social, blog, landing pages, email, assets). Own French-market localisation, brief creative teams, uphold quality and process, and contribute creative ideas for monthly and reactive campaigns.

Support recruitment and HR operations: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, update career page and internal communications, assist with contracts and employee data, pull HR reports, and respond to basic HR inquiries to improve candidate and employee experience.

Lead the technical health, architecture, and delivery of the Salesforce platform. Own Apex, LWC, Flow, data model, security and integrations, set coding standards and DevOps practices, run design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and champion new Salesforce and AI capabilities across the enterprise.
