Own the learner experience end to end, including onboarding, personalization, recommendations, content routing, mobile delivery, and engagement measurement. The Senior Product Manager will increase weekly active learners by turning a content catalogue into a habit-forming product. Responsibilities include partnering with educational designers and engineering, making platform integration decisions, sequencing work on a legacy platform, and using data to improve learner behavior.

Own the end-to-end Webflow website build, maintenance, structure, and performance. Develop custom JavaScript and CSS interactions, animations, and functionality; translate marketing briefs and Figma designs into accessible, multilingual pages; monitor technical SEO, speed, and crawlability; maintain clean components and class naming; use AI and automation tools for development and QA; and proactively address bugs and technical debt.

Own the platform foundations supporting content delivery across learner and admin experiences. Responsibilities include content services and APIs, structured content contracts, multi-tenant separation, access and entitlements, data residency, performance, cost, migration from an incumbent content tool, and security and compliance requirements. The role requires strong technical judgment, platform product experience, effective sequencing, clear writing, and collaboration with engineering and security teams.
