Owner and technical maintainer of the company's planning, forecasting, and budgeting PHP application; design, build, and administer custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; integrate systems, troubleshoot issues, prioritize enhancements, and support users while collaborating with nontechnical stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain multi-step AI agents and predictive models using Claude tooling. Assess feasibility of build requests, estimate complexity, document logic and runbooks, monitor agent health, debug failures, and coordinate with data reliability. Provide statistical assessments and advise the DI Manager on sequencing and architecture.

Manage and coach independent direct store delivery (DSD) distributors to grow good2grow sales in assigned territory. Drive account penetration, develop local and national chains, execute store-level merchandising, complete store visits and reporting using VIP Karma, and handle weekly administrative and expense tasks. Heavy regional travel required.

Manage daily order entry and order flow through the supply chain: monitor EDI/portal receipts, enter/process orders in ERP, set ship/delivery dates, track shipments and inventory, communicate with customers on delays, and ensure timely resolution of order issues.

Lead plant automation efforts: design, implement, and maintain PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, manage automation projects and budgets, oversee instrumentation calibration, provide technical support and training, and identify process automation opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.

The BI Partner supports national key accounts by performing analytics, developing data narratives, and assisting in strategic recommendations. Responsibilities include analysis, project management, and collaboration with the manager on business reviews and presentations.

Lead site food safety and quality systems (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMPs); conduct audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC data analysis, and process validation. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, maintain documentation, drive corrective actions, and support regulatory and customer audits.
