Design, develop, and maintain AL-based Business Central extensions, reports, workflows, and APIs. Build and support integrations (Salesforce, DOMO, Cleo EDI), manage ERP backlog, coordinate with external development partner, troubleshoot Business Central issues, support deployments and CI/CD, and provide end-user technical support.

Lead site food safety and quality systems (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMPs); conduct audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC data analysis, and process validation. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, maintain documentation, drive corrective actions, and support regulatory and customer audits.

Design, build, and maintain multi-step AI agents and predictive models using Claude tooling. Assess feasibility of build requests, estimate complexity, document logic and runbooks, monitor agent health, debug failures, and coordinate with data reliability. Provide statistical assessments and advise the DI Manager on sequencing and architecture.

Embedded analytics partner supporting regional sales: perform ad hoc and structured analysis using AI and BI tools, validate results, build presentation narratives, assist DI brief-writing and simple agent builds, communicate insights to field teams, and support regional business reviews and selling tools.

The BI Partner supports national key accounts by performing analytics, developing data narratives, and assisting in strategic recommendations. Responsibilities include analysis, project management, and collaboration with the manager on business reviews and presentations.

Manage cost accounting processes, including inventory management and standard costing. Collaborate with operations to improve financial performance and support budgeting and reporting.

Lead and coach independent DSD distributors to grow good2grow sales in Massachusetts. Execute store-level merchandising, develop local and chain accounts, track visits and performance, produce weekly recaps, participate in trainings and meetings, and complete administrative and expense tasks. Heavy regional travel required.
