Manage sourcing and production planning across footwear and apparel, from sample development and costing through manufacturing and delivery. Build supplier and factory relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, ensure materials meet design, quality, comfort, and sustainability standards, and track schedules to resolve production, capacity, quality, and delivery issues. Collaborate with design and development teams while monitoring manufacturing innovations and supplier capabilities.

Own daily inbound and outbound logistics, including dispatch, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, vendor management, SLA and rate negotiations, last-mile issue resolution, warehouse coordination, shipping documentation, KPI dashboards, and customer delivery complaints. The role focuses on reducing non-delivery reports and return-to-origin rates while ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment across courier, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Own end-to-end people operations for corporate and warehouse workforces, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, statutory compliance, attendance, payroll inputs, HR reporting, engagement, grievances, and exits. The role will build HR processes from scratch, manage a small HR/admin team, coordinate with warehouse supervisors, and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, minimum wage, shops and establishment, and labor law requirements.
