We're hiring a Logistics Executive who will own the movement of our products — inbound from vendors and manufacturers, and outbound to customers and B2B partners. This isn't a back-office role. You'll be in the thick of it: tracking dispatches in real time, keeping partners accountable, and making sure our operations run with the same precision as our products.

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Experience with D2C or e-commerce
- Existing relationships with Indian logistics providers such as Delhivery or BlueDart
- Hands-on experience with logistics platforms and order management systems
- Understanding of shipping documentation, including e-way bills, LRs, and GST invoices
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including building and managing tracking dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to follow through independently
- Exposure to warehouse operations or inventory management
- Understanding of NDR workflows and RTO optimization strategies
- Experience with multi-channel fulfillment across marketplaces and D2C websites
