Sell GoNetspeed fiber-based Internet to commercial and MDU accounts in the Bangor, ME region. Prospect, cold call, present value propositions, build referral networks, manage sales funnel and forecasts, attend industry events, serve as primary customer contact, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to close new revenue.

The Experienced Splicer is responsible for prepping, splicing, testing fiber optic cables, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety and reporting standards while displaying strong communication and teamwork skills.

Provide Level I (and some Level II) NOC support for residential and small business customers. Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, PON, Internet, and VoIP issues; document tickets; perform callbacks; handle new installation setups; monitor systems and respond to events; escalate and resolve order or service issues while communicating clearly with customers.
