Develops and closes new commercial and MDU sales opportunities for fiber-based Internet products in Utica, NY. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, prospecting, cold calling, networking, presenting products, managing forecasts, cultivating account relationships, attending industry events, supporting customers, and coordinating with Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

Designs, plans, and maintains transport, access, and central office networks. Responsibilities include network capacity planning, redundancy, equipment upgrades, fiber and coaxial infrastructure design, engineering documentation, installation, troubleshooting, customer support, and technical assistance. The role requires working with optical and Ethernet technologies, DC power systems, central office facilities, and network augmentation projects. Participation in on-call rotations, off-shift work, safety programs, and travel throughout New York is required.

Develop and close new business opportunities for fiber-based Internet products across commercial and multiple-dwelling-unit accounts in Connecticut. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, prospecting, cold calling, networking, presenting products, managing sales funnels and forecasts, cultivating decision-maker relationships, attending industry events, supporting customers, and collaborating with Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

Designs and supports outside plant telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber, copper/DSL, and coax networks. Develops project plans, performs costing and field data collection, coordinates contractors and permitting, obtains right-of-way approvals, tracks construction progress, resolves site issues, and maintains accurate as-built documentation and mapping updates. The role requires substantial job-site travel, cross-functional communication, deadline management, and knowledge of telecom construction practices.

The Experienced Splicer is responsible for prepping, splicing, testing fiber optic cables, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety and reporting standards while displaying strong communication and teamwork skills.
