Coordinates day-to-day marketing initiatives across dermatology clinics and affiliate brands. Manages calendars, project trackers, campaigns, social media content, digital assets, creative materials, provider onboarding, business listings, website updates, and quality assurance. Supports clinic marketing, coordinates photo and video shoots, proofreads branded materials, monitors campaign information, and ensures online scheduling, insurance details, and patient-facing content remain accurate and current.

Coordinates pharmaceutical and industry-sponsored clinical trials, including study start-up, regulatory submissions, participant recruitment and visits, informed consent, source documentation, EDC data entry, safety reporting, monitoring support, sponsor communication, billing reconciliation, and study close-out. Ensures compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and institutional requirements while managing participant safety, study documentation, and operational timelines.

Performs histology laboratory procedures including specimen processing, embedding, microtomy, H&E and special staining, immunoperoxidase, grossing, quality control, and STAT testing. Maintains laboratory logs, protocols, safety standards, and equipment while managing a high-volume workload. Collaborates across departments, supports on-call and overtime needs, and contributes to continuous improvement and department safety.

Serve as the primary HR partner for Northern California clinics, supporting employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, policy interpretation, compliance, workers’ compensation, onboarding, engagement, and multi-site HR initiatives. The role requires building relationships across locations, maintaining California employment-law knowledge, escalating sensitive concerns appropriately, and traveling regularly to clinics while following a hybrid schedule based near Walnut Creek or Sacramento.

Leads the accounts payable function across multiple entities, overseeing Bill.com and QuickBooks workflows, invoice and payment processing, vendor administration, reconciliations, month-end close support, and AP controls. Provides daily direction, coaching, quality review, and workload coordination for internal and offshore teams. Resolves system and payment exceptions, monitors aging and performance metrics, maintains audit documentation, and ensures accurate, timely processing and general ledger synchronization.

Supports Mohs micrographic surgery through frozen tissue preparation, sectioning, staining, mapping, laboratory quality control, documentation, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Also provides Medical Assistant support, including patient intake, vital signs, surgical room preparation, sterile technique, instrument handling, wound care, clinical documentation, scheduling, and patient instructions.

Perform routine histology tasks including embedding, microtomy, H&E staining/cover-slipping, IHC, grossing biopsies/small specimens, maintaining logs/SOPs, troubleshooting instruments, and ensuring quality control and correct specimen labeling.
