The Business Development Manager will drive strategic growth initiatives for Golden State Dermatology, focusing on acquisitions, partnerships, and development of new locations through market research and engagement with potential acquisition targets.

Support histology laboratory operations by performing clerical tasks, accessioning specimens, preparing slides and cassettes, entering gross descriptions into EMA, managing shipments, maintaining equipment reagents, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality control.

Perform routine histology duties including grossing biopsies, embedding, microtomy, H&E staining, IHC, cover slipping, and equipment maintenance. Ensure specimen labeling, QC documentation, troubleshooting, and adherence to CLIA/California grossing guidelines. Support workflow and report quality or safety issues to lab leadership.
