Provide executive leadership for property-level marketing and player development across casino and non-casino operations. Oversee integrated marketing, CRM, database marketing, events, promotions, player loyalty, budgeting, staffing, analytics-driven performance, compliance with gaming regulations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive guest acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Monitor casino gaming and non-gaming areas using surveillance systems to identify, document, and report illegal or unusual activity. Ensure compliance with gaming laws, Title 31, and company policies; assist in trainee coaching and maintain accurate case documentation. Provide timely guest service and support investigations as assigned.
