Job Description Summary:

As the Special Events Marketing Coordinator, you are a key driver of the company's brand presence and operational success for the special events and entertainment departments. You work directly with operational leaders to coordinate seamless marketing initiatives that support business goals and elevate the guest experience. By managing branding efforts and developing collateral, you ensure consistent, compelling communication that strengthens our market position and fosters lasting connections with our audience.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Oversee delivery and execution of collateral to ensure brand consistency
  • Assist with special events, True Rewards execution, and corporate partnership efforts to enhance value for the company and the player's club
  • Manage virtual ticket job requests for marketing programs, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate signage, digital messaging, and marketing item placement and removal for special events and entertainment
  • Serve as the lead on all marketing asset requests from the SE/Promotions team to the corporate creative team (opening jobs, supplying creative direction, establishing project timelines/deadlines, routing final assets for approval and production) 
  • Work with the Direct Mail team to make sure all SE/Promotions assets are properly represented in the weekly mailers, event-specific postcards, and email blasts
  • Assist the special event team on event days/nights (ie: registration, scorekeeping, event set-up- up and tear-down)
  • Update the STRAT.com site, and True Rewards app with all events: timing, descriptions, and creative assets
  • Assist the Marketing Manager/Marketing Director with entertainment marketing deliverables (concerts, residency shows, sporting events, movie screenings, etc)
  • Maintain the entertainment deliverables tracker 
  • Work with the social media team to ensure all events are posted on FB events pages, endemic online gaming groups, and promoted on organic social media channels
  • Communicate events/promotions to property teams, corporate, and our PR agency on a monthly basis
  • Support administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and creating documents
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 year of marketing experience required
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Occasionally push/pull up to 50lbs
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

  • Regularly standing and walking and agility to work with signs, props and staging
  • Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
