Coordinates special events and entertainment marketing initiatives, including branded collateral, signage, digital messaging, ticketing requests, direct mail, website and app updates, social media promotion, creative asset workflows, and event-day support. Maintains marketing trackers, communicates promotions across internal and external teams, assists with administrative duties, and ensures compliance with gaming laws and company policies.

Supports the hotel sales team through administrative coordination, correspondence, forecasting, contract review, lead distribution, client site inspections, and sales system updates. The role coordinates communication among sales, accounting, and vendors, maintains accurate records in Delphi, supports procedures and training, and provides excellent guest service while ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Leads hotel group sales for guest rooms and convention space, including prospecting, RFP management, negotiation, contracting, forecasting, and client relationship development. Manages sales staff through recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and evaluation. Coordinates event execution across hotel departments, conducts sales trips and trade show participation, prepares performance reports, oversees payroll administration, and ensures compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies.
