Manages resident admissions, discharges, end-to-end billing, invoicing, credit control, debt recovery, banking, reconciliations, customer statements, and financial reporting across care homes. The role collaborates with customer relations and care home management teams to maintain billing accuracy and minimize outstanding debt. It is an on-site position in Uxbridge, Monday through Friday, with a salary starting at £30,000.

Provides HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, compliance checks, payroll coordination, leavers, reporting, and HR projects. Handles confidential employee information, responds to HR queries, audits files, monitors probation and documentation, and supports care homes and the Support Office.

Greets visitors, manages reception and phone inquiries, handles mail and deliveries, supports meetings, maintains a safe reception area, and performs clerical office tasks. The role also serves as the village’s emergency first aider, fire marshal, and first responder for the warden system. It requires scheduled on-site coverage seven days a week, including bank holidays.
