Own a portfolio of fleet-operations software customers, driving product adoption, customer outcomes, renewals, account recovery, and expansion. Proactively engage customers, analyze usage and telemetry, identify risks and opportunities, lead consultative conversations, and turn feedback into internal action. The role requires responsible daily AI use, strong communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle objections and secure clear next steps.

Own global controllership across multiple entities and countries, including close, consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, tax coordination, treasury, controls, audit readiness, profitability, forecasting, and working capital. Lead international finance teams, redesign finance processes and systems, and implement auditable AI-driven automation for reconciliations, reporting, collections, and control monitoring. Partner with executives to improve financial integrity, operating margins, and decision quality.

Lead end-to-end LATAM fleet technology deployments: customer discovery, project planning, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, training, and stabilization. Build and improve deployment playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure on-time accurate hardware delivery, and scale processes across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and other LATAM markets.

Lead regional fleet technology deployments across LATAM: discovery, planning, installation, onboarding, training, and stabilization. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve deployment playbooks, ensure timely hardware fulfillment, and deliver scalable operational processes while using AI tools and supporting customers in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM markets.

Lead GTM for an AI fleet intelligence product by building ICP-specific positioning, running demand-generation experiments, converting customer proof into sales assets, enabling sales and partners, and using AI-assisted workflows to drive pipeline and measurable outcomes.
