Own a portfolio of fleet customers, driving product adoption, customer outcomes, renewals, retention, and expansion. Proactively engage accounts, recover at-risk customers, analyze usage data, identify growth opportunities, and guide commercial conversations through clear next steps. Use AI for account research, call preparation, usage analysis, and follow-up while validating its output. Translate customer feedback into internal improvements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Generate qualified opportunities by researching fleet operators and channel partners, conducting outbound and inbound prospecting, running discovery conversations, and booking meetings for account executives. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups in Zoho CRM, use AI for account research and outreach, and continuously improve through coaching. The role focuses on fleet technology sales across North America and requires hybrid work in Mississauga, with possible remote consideration for candidates outside the Greater Toronto Area.

Lead end-to-end deployments of AI-powered fleet management hardware and software across Mexico and LATAM. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, project planning, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, training, go-live stabilization, process improvement, and deployment documentation. The role coordinates Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams while managing timelines, customer expectations, and regional travel.

Lead regional fleet technology deployments across LATAM: discovery, planning, installation, onboarding, training, and stabilization. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve deployment playbooks, ensure timely hardware fulfillment, and deliver scalable operational processes while using AI tools and supporting customers in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM markets.
