Lead end-to-end deployments of AI-powered fleet management hardware and software across Mexico and LATAM. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, project planning, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, training, go-live stabilization, process improvement, and deployment documentation. The role coordinates Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams while managing timelines, customer expectations, and regional travel.

Own a portfolio of fleet-operations software customers, driving product adoption, customer outcomes, renewals, account recovery, and expansion. Proactively engage customers, analyze usage and telemetry, identify risks and opportunities, lead consultative conversations, and turn feedback into internal action. The role requires responsible daily AI use, strong communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle objections and secure clear next steps.

Own global controllership across multiple entities and countries, including close, consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, tax coordination, treasury, controls, audit readiness, profitability, forecasting, and working capital. Lead international finance teams, redesign finance processes and systems, and implement auditable AI-driven automation for reconciliations, reporting, collections, and control monitoring. Partner with executives to improve financial integrity, operating margins, and decision quality.
