Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues using telemetry, GPS, IoT, and application data; build repeatable solutions, automations, and playbooks; communicate technical findings clearly to customers; collaborate with Product and Engineering to eliminate recurring problems and improve customer workflows using AI and data analysis.

Lead end-to-end LATAM fleet technology deployments: customer discovery, project planning, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, training, and stabilization. Build and improve deployment playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure on-time accurate hardware delivery, and scale processes across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and other LATAM markets.
