About the Role

You will join a lively, results-driven, and innovative team at Jabra, Part of the GN group, focused on developing products and experiences that shape the way people connect, work, and communicate. In this role, you’ll step into the control room of our product development process, taking on both technical and executive responsibilities.

As a Product Manager in our Video Business Unit,

  • You will take full responsibility for products from their initial idea through to their performance in the marketplace

  • You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across R&D, Business Management, Marketing, Operations, and Support

  • You will contribute to innovation that positions Jabra as a leader in the video collaboration industry

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Direct and manage stakeholders across all levels, ensuring buy-in, alignment, and strong collaboration throughout the product lifecycle

  • Own the full product lifecycle: Concept, create, develop, launch, and manage products in market

  • Undertake deliberate and strategic deep dives into understanding user needs, customer pain points, market trends, and Industry dynamics

  • Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business unit and company strategy

  • Execute product development programs in collaboration with R&D Program Managers and cross-functional teams

  • Balance experience, cost, and timeline to build compelling business cases and successful products

  • Continuously track in-market performance, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Role model Jabra’s product development processes, communication standards, and way of working

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Advanced skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, characterized by the ability to align, collaborate, persuade, and work across functions and organizational levels

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a business position within a technology-driven company

  • Experience with video, audio, collaboration technologies, or adjacent industries is highly appreciated

  • Experience working with the development of products from their inception to market adaptation

  • The ability and interest in switching between being a strategic thinker and taking a practical approach
