Own conversion funnel and tracking, design event instrumentation (client/server-side), build dbt models and SQL datasets, analyze campaigns and CRM retention, enable self-serve analytics in Lightdash, and deliver proactive insights to Product and Marketing stakeholders.

Build and grow Glow25's business in France by managing existing accounts and securing new listings in drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and grocery. Plan promotions and trade marketing, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce, conduct market and competitive analysis, and represent the brand at trade shows and customer meetings across France.

Own end-to-end marketing tracking, measurement, and attribution across GTM, GA4, and marketing pixels. Ensure consent-compliant attribution, analyze ROAS/CAC/CLTV/cohorts, model marketing data with SQL and dbt, and improve webshop conversion through funnel and CRO analysis. Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Tech, and Data to deliver reliable reporting and actionable insights.
